Someone from the Learnmix team checks it's classroom-ready and yours to share, then publishes it.

It appears in the library with its own page. Paid resources earn you 70% of every sale.

Free or paid — your call
Share it free, or set a price between £0.50 and £999.99. You keep 70% of every sale; the 30% runs the store, checkout and payouts.
Earn on every print
We print and deliver your resources too, and you earn on every copy: £1.50 for every A1 poster printed, £1 for every A2 or A3, and £2 for every pack of 100 postcards. A school ordering 20 A2 posters earns you £20.
You keep ownership
It stays your work, and you choose what you publish and at what price. Downloads carry a Learnmix Ltd copyright notice, because we protect your resource on your behalf — people think twice before copying from a company.
What we accept
PDF is best. PowerPoint and Word files are welcome too. Up to 40MB per file.
Preview pictures, made for you
Upload a PDF and we turn its first pages into the pictures teachers see. For PowerPoint or Word, add a few screenshots of your own.
Getting paid
Connect Stripe once from your profile. Sales clear after 14 days, and once £30 has cleared you can request a payout straight to your bank — nothing to invoice, nothing to chase.
Only share what's yours
Your resource must be your own work, and anything in it — images, fonts, logos — must be yours to share or free for commercial use.
Before you share.
Can I use AI to make my resources?
Yes — you're welcome to use AI to help create resources, including AI images inside a design. But every resource must be editable, so we don't accept one that is just a single AI-generated picture, such as a flat JPG or PNG poster. Build it with real text and separate parts, so teachers can change the words, layout and pictures themselves.
How long does the review take?
We look at every resource by hand, so it isn't instant. We'll publish it once it's checked, and get in touch if anything needs changing.
Can I change the price later?
Yes — get in touch through the contact form and we'll update it for you.
Is my resource part of Learnmix Pro?
No. Pro covers the Learnmix team's own library. Resources shared by teachers are bought individually, so the teacher who made it is paid for each sale — or they're free, if you choose.
Why do downloads say © Learnmix Ltd?
Every download ends with a terms-of-use page carrying a Learnmix Ltd copyright notice. You still own your resource — when you share it, you authorise us to display that notice and to act for you if someone copies or resells it. A company's name is a stronger deterrent than an individual's, and it means chasing misuse is our job, not yours.
Why PDF?
A PDF looks the same on every screen and printer, and we can make its preview pictures automatically. If you made it in PowerPoint or Word, File › Save as PDF is all it takes.
