Admins you choose
Name one or more admins — they invite and remove teachers from Your school in their profile and see who's joined.

Paste a list of staff emails, or share your school's join link. Teachers with an account join at once; the rest sign up and join.
Join with your school's email
Add your domain (yourschool.sch.uk) and anyone who signs up with it and confirms their email joins automatically, while seats last.
When someone leaves
Remove them and the seat is free again. They lose school Pro and your school's resources, but keep their own account and designs.
Sales help your budget
When teachers on your account sell resources they've made, their earnings (and from prints) go to the school — paid to you, or taken off your renewal.
Their designs stay theirs
Teachers keep their own account and designs, on the school account or not. A teacher paying for Pro already can cancel it — no paying twice.

Purchase order and invoice
Ask for a quote, raise a PO against it and we'll invoice the school with your PO number. Pro starts when the order is placed; pay within 30 days by bank transfer.
Card
Paying from a department budget? Your admin pays by card from Your school, and the year starts as soon as it's through.
Supplier forms and data protection
We'll complete your supplier and safeguarding forms and sign a data processing agreement. We never hold pupil data.

Do we need a card for the trial?+
No. The two-week trial needs no card and no commitment. If you don't go ahead, it simply ends and your teachers go back to free accounts — anything they made stays theirs.
Can we pay by purchase order?+
Yes. Ask for a quote, raise a purchase order against it, and we'll invoice the school with the PO number on it. Your year of Pro starts as soon as the order's placed.
Who manages the account?+
Whoever the school chooses — usually a head of department, business manager or IT lead. They can invite and remove teachers from Your school in their profile, and you can have more than one.
How do teachers join?+
Three ways: an email invitation from your admin, your school's join link (share it in a staff email), or automatically when they sign up with your school's email domain — once they've confirmed their email address.
What happens when a teacher leaves?+
Your admin removes them and the seat is free for someone else. They lose Pro through the school and access to your school's resources. They keep their own account and their own designs, and can take out their own Pro if they'd like to.
Can we use our school's logo and colours?+
Yes. Your admin adds your logos, colours and a footer line in Your school › Brand kit, and every teacher on your account finds them in the Studio's School panel — one click to add your logo or footer, or colour text and shapes in your school colours.
Can teachers share what they make with each other?+
Yes. Any teacher can share a saved design with your school's library, and colleagues open their own copy to adapt — the shared one never changes underneath them. Your admins can pin house templates for everyone to start from.
What happens when teachers sell resources?+
Teachers can sell what they make on Learnmix, and keep 70% of each sale. On a school account, that share goes to the school instead of the teacher — your admins see it in Your school, and we pay it to the school by bank transfer or take it off your renewal. Sales made before a teacher joined, or after they leave, stay theirs.
A teacher already pays for Pro — what happens?+
They join like anyone else, and can cancel their own subscription from their profile so they're not paying twice. If they leave the school later, their own Pro is unaffected.
What if we need more seats?+
Tell us and we'll move you up a plan, charging only the difference for the rest of your year.
What do you store about our staff?+
Only what a teacher's account needs: name, email and what they've made. No pupil data, ever. We're happy to sign a data processing agreement for your school.
